Treatment process
Digital planning
Implant angles and denture design are planned digitally beforehand by combining 3D tomography with an intraoral scan.
Surgical session
Any remaining teeth are removed and four implants are placed at the planned angles.
Same-day temporary denture
A fixed temporary denture is attached within 24 hours — the patient is never left without teeth.
Final denture
After 3–6 months, once fusion is complete, the final, more aesthetic denture is fitted.
Frequently asked questions
No. The All-on-4 denture is screwed onto the implants and does not cover the palate — taste and speech remain natural.
It's fixed and only removed by the dentist for check-ups. Daily cleaning is done with an interdental brush and oral irrigator.
The rear implants are angled to support a wider area. This biomechanical distribution provides enough support for a fixed denture.
That's All-on-4's biggest advantage: it uses the densest, front part of the jaw, so a graft is unnecessary in most cases.
