Treatment process
Examination and 3D tomography
The bone's volume, density and the position of nerve canals are measured with 3D tomography. The implant's angle and length are planned digitally.
Surgical placement
Under local anaesthesia, the implant is placed at the planned position. The procedure takes about 30 minutes for a single tooth and is painless.
Osseointegration
It takes 2–4 months for the implant to fuse with the bone. A temporary tooth preserves aesthetics and function during this time.
Prosthetic stage
An impression is taken and a custom zirconia or porcelain crown is prepared and fixed to the implant.

The surgery is done under local anaesthesia and is painless during the procedure. Mild sensitivity afterwards is managed with simple painkillers and usually passes within 2–3 days.
If jawbone volume is sufficient, it can be done in most cases. If not, a bone graft or sinus lift is performed first to prepare the site.
