Treatment process

Detailed examination

Joint range of motion, muscle tenderness and bite relationship are assessed; an MRI is requested if needed.

Night guard

A custom clear splint distributes clenching forces, protecting the joint and the teeth.

Muscle therapy

Muscle spasm is relieved with an exercise programme, heat application and botulinum toxin when needed.

Advanced treatment

In resistant cases, joint lavage (arthrocentesis) is performed; surgery is only a last resort.

Patient Reviews

★★★★★

“Yıllardır sabahları çenem ağrıyordu. Cerrahi önerilir diye korkuyordum; gece plağı ve egzersizle üç ayda düzeldi. Gereksiz işlem önermemesi güven verdi.”
